稻草人谬误

稻草人谬误（英语：strawman fallacy）指在辩论时扭曲对方的观点或者论证，使其变得更容易被推翻。这种非形式谬误得到“稻草人”的称号，是因为被推翻的论点不是真正的原始论点，而是似它又不是它的被削弱的代表。
