Fontinhas is a civil parish in the municipality of Praia da Vitória, Terceira Island in the Portuguese Azores. The population in 2011 was 1,594,[1] in an area of 12.14 km2 (4.69 sq mi).[2] It contains the localities Acima do Cabouco, Canada da Fonte, Canada do Barreiro, Canada do Coxo, Canada do Pico, Canada dos Batistas, Canada dos Doidos, Fontinha and Fontinhas.
