Oligochaetocystinae is a subfamily of parasites in the phylum Apicomplexa.

There are four genera in this subfamily:
- Acarogregarina
 - Echiurocystis
 - Neomonocystis
 - Oligochaetocystis
 
Description
The oocysts are cylindrical without thickening at ends.
