Ostrov u Bezdružic (until 1950 Ostrov; German: Wostrowa) is a municipality and village in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Ostrov u Bezdružic lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 102 km (63 mi) west of Prague.
