Pasmilgys is a hamlet in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the hamlet was uninhabited.[1] It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from Lipliūnai, by the Smilgaitis river, inside the Josvainiai Forest.
